John founded North Beacon Capital Advisory because he saw a consistent gap in the market: investors with good instincts but no structured framework for evaluating deals, navigating permitting, and executing projects. North Beacon exists to close that gap — and to serve English, Portuguese, and Spanish-speaking clients across Massachusetts.
