John Oliveira is a Massachusetts real estate professional with more than $86M in closed residential transactions and 40+ residential units of development experience across MetroWest and Greater Boston. His work spans luxury residential sales, new construction, off-market acquisitions, and mixed-use redevelopment.

He founded North Beacon Capital Advisory because he saw a consistent gap in the market: investors with good instincts but no structured framework for evaluating deals, navigating permitting, and executing projects. North Beacon exists to close that gap.
